Unit is good, packed in a nice carry case with wall mount cradle for the charger and plug. Plug is 10a standard which is a good / bad thing, so care must be taken if using at 13 or 16a rate as this will overload a standard socket. There was some confusion when ordering about the ability to control the unit remotely (wifi connection is private/ local only) but Oatway have agreed to replace the unit when a newer model with remote access becomes available which is very high standard customer satisfaction.
