Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Outway. We aim to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Below are the shipping terms and conditions applicable throughout the promotional period.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 48 business hours, and tracking information might take up to 48 business hours to update after your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Time

  • The estimated delivery time is 3-15 business days for standard shipments.
  • If an item sells out in our local warehouse, it may be shipped directly from our overseas supplier via air freight to save time.
  • Please be aware that these shipments may experience an additional 7-10 business days delay due to peak logistics.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
  • If tracking information has not updated within 7 business days, contact us at outway.au@gmail.com.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order is dispatched.

4. Shipping Address Information

We can ship to P.O. Box addresses. However, due to the large size of some products, a P.O. Box may not be suitable. To avoid delivery issues, we strongly recommend providing a full street address where someone can receive the package. If a P.O. Box is provided and cannot accommodate your order, we may contact you to request an alternative delivery address.

5. Damaged Shipments

If you receive a damaged order, please contact us within 3 business days at outway.au@gmail.com. Please save all packaging and the damaged item(s), as they may be required for the carrier claim process. We are not liable for losses caused by the shipping carrier but will assist you in filing a claim.
