At a normal shower flow rate (2–2.5L/min), 20L provides 8–10 minutes of continuous hot water — enough for 2–3 people to each get a proper rinse. For group camping, aim for 3–4 minutes each to ensure everyone gets warm water.

Yes — diffuse light still warms the water, just give it a bit more time. That's why we built the temp window: so you always know exactly where it's at. If it hasn't reached your preferred temperature, mix in a small amount of warm water through the fill port to bring it up.

The silicone hose is food-grade — non-toxic, odourless, and does not leach chemicals. The PVC bag body is SGS certified and meets drinking water contact standards. All components are detachable and washable to prevent limescale and bacterial build-up.

After use, drain completely via the bottom toggle valve. Rinse the interior with fresh water and leave the fill cap open to air-dry fully. Wipe the showerhead and hose separately. Once completely dry, fold for storage. Avoid folding while damp — this prevents mould growth and extends the life of the bag.
