Solar lights function by converting sunlight into electrical energy using photovoltaic (solar) panels. During the day, the solar panel absorbs sunlight, and the semiconducting materials inside the panel generate electrical current, charging the battery. When it becomes dark, a photoresistor detects the drop in ambient light and triggers the stored battery power, turning on the LED lights. The process is completely automatic, and the lights turn off again when the sensor detects sunlight the next day.

Our solar lights are designed with high-efficiency batteries that store enough energy to ensure continuous operation even during cloudy or rainy days. Under ideal conditions, the lights can operate for 2 days without receiving additional sunlight. For customers requiring even longer backup, we recommend opting for larger battery capacities.
